Biography

Yothin Intaraprasong has been involved in providing legal advice on civil and commercial laws, focusing on foreign investments in Thailand.

Mr. Intaraprasong mainly assists clients to accomplish their business aims from legal due diligence stages until the implementation stages for amalgamations, share acquisitions and asset acquisition transactions, etc. He also gives advice on, and assistance with applications for various licenses and permits.

Mr. Intaraprasong represents a number of Thai and international clients in negotiations in a wide range of investment projects as well as providing advice to shareholders and management in to assist with analytical and problem-solving skills in regard to regulatory and other legal requirements.
