Biography

Hiroyuki Ishizuka is a partner with Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu. He provides legal services for general corporate matters, including capital market transactions, and advises on aspects of securities regulations.

He earned his LL.B. at Chuo University in Tokyo in 1989 and earned his LL.M. at Columbia Law School in New York in 1997. He was admitted to practice law in Japan in 1993 and worked at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP in New York as a visiting attorney from 1998 to 1999.
