Kohji Morita has been a partner at Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu since 1995. He has broad experience in advising corporate clients from a wide range of industries, in both domestic and cross-border transactions, including but not limited to, M&A, joint ventures and licensing and distributorship transactions. He also focuses on advising equity and real estate investment funds in connection with their investment activities in Japan. Mr. Morita is especially experienced in acquisitions in the hospitality industry.
