
Keiko Shimizu is a partner at Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu. Her practice focuses on asset management and securities and financial services regulations, and she advises clients on organizing and managing investment trusts, private investment funds and other investment vehicles. She also handles a variety of corporate transactions and general corporate affairs.
She earned an LL.B. from the University of Tokyo in 1996 and an LL.M. from Columbia Law School in 2003. She was admitted to practice in Japan in 1998 and worked at the New York office of Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP as a visiting attorney in 2003.
