Naoko Kamimura assists both domestic and foreign institutional clients on international transactions and general corporate matters. She graduated with an LL.B. from the University of Tokyo in 1997 and with an LL.M. from Columbia Law School in 2003. She worked at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP in New York and returned to Japan. She worked at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Legal Affairs Bureau, assisting in legal work related to international treaties, from 2004 to 2006. She has also lectures at Hosei Law School (Private International Law) since 2009. She was admitted to practice law in Japan in 1999.
