Sho Awaya joined Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu in 2007. His practice primarily focuses on M&A and corporate matters, as well as competition law.

Mr. Awaya graduated with an LL.B. from the University of Tokyo in 2004 and received a J.D. from the University of Tokyo School of Law in 2006.
