Takayoshi Tao specializes in crisis management, corporate compliance, financial and securities regulations. He joined Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu in 2000. Before joining the firm, he was a prosecutor for five years. He also worked as a deputy director of the Securities and Exchange Surveillance Commission's Market Surveillance Division from 2007 to 2008.
