

Takahiro Yamauchi practices in all areas of corporate legal matters, focusing on dispute resolution. He specializes in intellectual property litigation and technology-related litigation, with experience spanning across wide fields of technology, such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals and electronics. His advice covers the Unfair Competition Prevention Act, trademark law and design law, and further extends into computer- and Internet-related legal matters.
