
Yuko Miyazaki has over 30 years of experience as a lawyer providing advice to global and other multinational companies, both Japanese and foreign, on a wide range of taxation and general corporate matters. In the area of taxation, Ms. Miyazaki has handled a wide variety of issues and cases involving domestic and cross-border business transactions and business restructuring at various stages, from advising clients on various planning and structuring issues as well as APA and MAP, to representing clients in tax audits and tax disputes and litigations. In particular, she has a broad range of expertise and experience in the areas of international taxation and taxation on financial/securities transactions. She is a member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and a director of the IFA Japan Branch. She is also a member of the Tax Committee of the Japan Bar Association.
