Yuko Tamai is a partner at Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu. Her practice focuses on M&A, joint ventures, licensing and other corporate transactions. She has extensive experience in large-scale strategic alliance and acquisition transactions by listed companies.
She also provides domestic and foreign clients with general corporate advice.

She graduated with an LL.B. from the University of Tokyo in 1989 and with an LL.M. from Harvard Law School in 2000. She worked at Covington & Burling LLP in Washington D.C. from 2000 to 2001.
