We have been involved in project finance transactions in a wide variety of industries including energy such as power generation (e.g. fire, wind, bio-mass); infrastructure, such as roads, airports, educational facilities, welfare facilities, hospitals, garbage disposal plants, water purification plants and penitentiaries; and natural resource development. Especially in recent years, we have extensive experience in PFI (Private Finance Initiative) projects which use private sector financing and know-how to implement public works projects.

For project finance transactions, including PFI, We have experience representing clients serving different functions, including the project party/consortium, entrepreneurs, sponsors, arrangers, lenders, and national and local public bodies, by providing comprehensive expertise services, including but not limited to advising on all aspects of project finance including structuring, drafting relevant finance-related contracts and documents, and negotiating contracts.
