Yoshinobu Baba joined Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu as an advisor. From the time when he was appointed as a public prosecutor in 1969 until he retired from the position of Head of the Public Security Department of the Supreme Public Prosecutors' Office last year, Yoshinobu Baba served as a public prosecutor for 33 years, and during this period, he gained the experience of being an instructor at the Legal Research and Training Institute twice.
