Biography
Takashi Tsukioka is a partner at Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu and specializes in cross-border capital markets, banking and structured finance transactions. His broad range of expertise in the field of international structured finance includes transactions involving trusts, asset securitization, acquisition finance, project finance and Islamic finance. Mr. Tsukioka’s expertise also encompasses banking and securities regulatory matters. He also regularly advises clients regarding their overseas operations and projects, especially operations located in Asian countries. Recently, he devotes much of his time to advising clients on their infrastructure projects outside Japan.
