In this challenging environment, we utilize our in-depth knowledge and extensive experience with legal and business issues to provide, to established companies and to new entrants, client-oriented legal advice on the development and management of content and content-related rights, such as copyrights and publicity rights and protection of fictional character rights.
Also, we offer a wide range of legal services to clients in the sports industry, provided by lawyers well-versed in international sports business, such as representing top international athletes, providing multifaceted legal support to professional sports organizations, negotiating sponsorships and merchandising, and acting as counsel or arbitrators in sports arbitrations, including the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS).
