Our Hanoi office (Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu Hanoi Branch) was established in April 2015.

The Hanoi office is headed by Keigo Sawayama, who has gained broad practical experience from working in a local law firm in Hanoi for almost three years since 2011. The office is also staffed by several Vietnamese lawyers who have extensive experience and expertise in handling matters in Vietnam and who are familiar with the local legal system and the latest practice.

The office is located in Hoan Kiem district which is the central business area of Hanoi, and it provides legal support to Japanese companies for their businesses in Vietnam. The office is eager to meet the legal needs of our clients mainly in northern Vietnam, including Hanoi and Hai Phong as well as companies that are considering expanding their business in those areas. The Hanoi office is also prepared to efficiently handle legal matters in any part of the country, especially matters that require negotiation with the central government of Vietnam, through close collaboration with our HCMC office.
