Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu (“NO&T”) is supporting “Japan-Ukraine Education Pathways,” (*) programs offered by Pathways Japan PJ (“Pathways Japan”), for the admission of displaced Ukrainians to Japanese universities and Japanese language schools.
“Japan-Ukraine Education Pathways” are programs that facilitate the admission of Ukrainian students forced to leave their homeland due to Russia’s military conflict with Ukraine to Japanese universities and Japanese language schools. These programs are offered with the cooperation of many Japanese universities and Japanese language schools. Orientation sessions and welcome receptions are also held to enable students to adapt to Japanese society smoothly.
The lawyers of our firm attended an orientation session and welcome reception held at NO&T’s office on June 2, 2022, and interacted with the students who came to Japan.
