Outline

India’s importance to the global economy and the Japanese economy is increasing. During Prime Minister Modi’s visit to Japan in August 2025, he emphasized the strengthening of economic ties between the two countries. A significant number of Japanese companies are now at the stage of considering not whether to enter the Indian market, but rather the timing of doing so.
Against this backdrop, Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu is scheduled to publish “Detailed Explanation of Indian Business Law” in October. This publication provides detailed explanations of complex legal regulations and practical operational challenges faced by Japanese companies conducting business in India. The book is characterised by its extensive coverage, depth of detail, and comprehensive overview.
To commemorate the publication of this book, we are holding a seminar on the fundamentals of compliance and company law in India.
