Opening of Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu Shanghai Representative Office

Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu (“NO&T”) is pleased to announce that it opened its Shanghai Office, Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu Shanghai Representative Office (Japan), on November 1, 2014.

The Shanghai Representative Office is operated by Yu Wakae as Chief Representative, who has a wealth of experience and expertise in handling China-related matters, including working in Beijing for several years, and Masanori Kawai as General Representative, who has gained broad practical experience from working in a local law firm in Shanghai since 2012, along with Chinese staff.

To meet the increasingly advanced and complex needs of our clients regarding their businesses in China, the Shanghai Representative Office will continue to strive to offer the highest quality services by closely collaborating with the lawyers in our Tokyo office and Zhong Lun Law Firm, our co-operative partner, as well as other local lawyers in China.
