NO&T receives awards at the IFLR Asia-Pacific Awards 2019

The IFLR Asia-Pacific Awards 2019, organized by International Financial Law Review (IFLR), was held at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong, and Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu (“NO&T”) was awarded the following awards:

• Most Innovative National Firm of the Year – Japan
• Private Equity Deal of the Year (Bain Capital-led consortium / Toshiba Memory Corporation)

NO&T was also shortlisted for Restructuring Firm of the Year, Project Finance Deal of the Year for its work on the Fukuoka airport privatisation, and Restructuring Deal of the Year for its work on Takata Corporation.
