Notice of Amendment to Privacy Policy (March 31, 2022)

Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu hereby amends its Privacy Policy effective as of March 31, 2022, in compliance with the enforcement of the amended Act on the Protection of Personal Information and for other purposes.

[Major Amendments]
・Clarification on the scope of the Privacy Policy (i.e., that it applies to the entire NO&T Group)
・Clarification on the purpose of use
・Introduction of new provisions on properly using and reporting leakage of personal information, as well as ensuring the accuracy of personal data, among others
・Clarification of other existing provisions
