NO&T sponsored the Legal 500 event “GC Summit Japan 2022”

The GC Summit Japan 2022, organized by The Legal 500 and co-sponsored by Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu (“NO&T”), was held at The Peninsula Tokyo on October 13, 2022.

The event featured a panel discussion held by NO&T on “Cross-border carve-out transactions – challenges and how to tackle them from transaction structure to post-merger integration.” Axel Kuhlmann moderated the discussion and Kosuke Hamaguchi as well as Takahiro Oishi were panelists along with Mr. Yuko Shimomura from Inpex Corporation. The panel discussion concluded with a Q&A session with the audience.
