In relation to a civil rehabilitation case (Tokyo District Court 2017 (sai) No. 35), in which our lawyers are involved, we have discovered that an individual purporting to be a creditor in this case has sent emails to our lawyers. These emails contain defamatory statements about Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu and our lawyers.
We have provided these emails to the relevant police authorities and are currently in consultation with them. If you have received a suspicious e-mail, please exercise caution regarding the sender, do not forward or otherwise respond to it, and delete it immediately.
Please be advised that, under the supervision of the Tokyo District Court, all proceedings in this case have been conducted appropriately to date, and repayments to creditors, in accordance with the civil rehabilitation plan, have already partially commenced. Creditors with questions are asked to use the inquiry form previously provided for such purposes.
