Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu (“NO&T”) was recognized as the winner in the Local Law Firm category of Morgan Stanley’s Asia Pacific Outside Counsel Diversity & Inclusion Awards for 2023 for its commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

We were recognized for its strategic approach in addressing the underrepresentation of women in senior positions, demonstrating a commitment to work-life balance by extending its remote work model post-pandemic, and paying a pivotal role in assisting and supporting LGBTQ initiatives and related litigation as well as contributing to the dissemination of such rulings in Japan.
