The ALB Japan In-House Legal Summit 2024, organized by Asian Legal Business (ALB) and co-sponsored by Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu (“NO&T”), was held at the Hilton Tokyo on April 18, 2024.
During the Summit, Kaori Sugimoto, Justin Ee, and Claire Chong led a session titled “Disputes Resolution Presentation Session: Japan’s New Arbitration and Mediation Act,” which included a presentation and a panel discussion. The session concluded with a lively Q&A with the audience.
