NO&T co-sponsored the “2nd ICC Tokyo Arbitration Day”

Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu (“NO&T”) co-sponsored the “2nd ICC Tokyo Arbitration Day,” an event held at the Tokyo Kaikan on April 23, 2024. This event was co-organized by the ICC International Court of Arbitration (ICA) and the International Chamber of Commerce Japan (ICC Japan). It attracted over 240 participants from more than 20 jurisdictions.

Kaori Sugimoto, a partner at NO&T, served as a panelist for the session titled “Exploring the Future: Adopting ICC Arbitration under the Amended Japan Arbitration Act.” Additionally, Yoshimi Ohara, also a partner at NO&T, participated as a panelist for the session titled “Mock Scrutiny: Mock ICC International Court of Arbitration Session on Draft Award Scrutiny.”
