NO&T hosts “NO&T Family Day 2025”

As part of our ongoing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) initiatives, Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu (NO&T) recently host its third annual “NO&T Family Day 2025,” organized by the DE&I Committee. NO&T Family Day provides an opportunity for our members’ families to learn more about our firm and for our members to connect with their colleagues’ families. We welcomed family members of all ages, from young children to parents and grandparents, to our Tokyo office for office tours and various events. This year, approximately 300 members and their families gathered at our Tokyo office.

The theme of NO&T Family Day 2025 was “NO&T Due Diligence.” In addition to guided office tours and informative firm briefings, we set up a variety of interactive booths where families could experience first-hand various aspects of the work of our professionals. Families enjoyed participating in mock legal consultations and simulated courtroom sessions. Families also had opportunities to experience the diverse work of our secretaries, paralegals, and administrative staff. The event was organized by a team of both lawyers and staff members. Families received a Due Diligence report to guide them as they explored our office, attended informative briefings, and participated in various activities, all of which provided them with a deeper understanding of NO&T.

Through events such as the NO&T Family Day, we aim to foster a culture of mutual understanding and respect among our members. We are committed to actively promoting Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and to creating an environment in which our members can maximize their potential, regardless of their lifestyle or background. Our goal is to build an organization in which everyone can develop and thrive as professionals and contributing members of society.
