NO&T adopts Kira, an award-winning software solution that uses machine learning to extract key information from contracts and other related documents.

Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu (“NO&T”) is the first major law firm in Japan to introduce Kira, a contract review and analysis software solution developed by Kira Systems. The firm has been using Kira for its English-related document work since January 2021.

NO&T aims to improve the efficiency and the quality of its work through the extensive use of legal tech. With the introduction of Kira for English documents, following the 2019 introduction of MNTSQ (an AI analysis platform for Japanese documents), the firm will be able to provide swift and accurate legal analyses, especially in relation to its legal due diligence services.
