She has experience in complex, cross-border commercial disputes across a wide range of sectors, including energy and construction, international trade and distribution, joint ventures, M&A, retail, hospitality and healthcare.
Claire has represented clients in arbitrations conducted under major institutional rules including the ICC, AAA/ICDR, ICSID, HKIAC, and SIAC rules. She also has experience as advocate in arbitration proceedings.
Before joining the firm, Claire practiced with the arbitration team of a US international law firm where she frequently advised clients on investment and public international law issues and managed multi-jurisdictional disputes. She also practiced with a leading Singapore law firm where she assisted Senior Counsel in disputes before all levels of the Singapore courts.
