Kazuki Tahara is a partner of Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu. His practice focuses on corporate legal matters, especially M&A transactions, private equity transactions and corporate governance.
He is a graduate of the University of Tokyo (LL.B., 2006), the University of Tokyo School of Law (J.D., 2008) and the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law (LL.M., 2016). He was admitted to the Japan Bar in 2009. He worked at Ashurst (London) (2016-2017).
