Nobuyoshi Inujima is a partner of Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu. His practice focuses on financing transactions and corporate matters, especially capital markets, structured finance, M&A finance and banking.
He graduated with an LL.B. from the University of Tokyo in 1996 and with an LL.M. from Duke University School of Law in 2003. He was admitted to practice law in Japan in 1998 and worked at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP in New York from 2003 to 2004.
