Our U.S. practice is mainly focused on corporate matters and dispute resolution (including government investigations).
Our U.S. corporate practice covers M&A; PE/VC; joint ventures; strategic alliances; privacy laws; intellectual property rights; labor and employment; real estate; banking, including acquisition finance; financial regulations; securitization; capital markets; corporate restructuring and insolvency, including Chapter 7, Chapter 11 and Chapter 15 proceedings; TMT; space; media and entertainment; regulated industries, such as pharmaceutical, infrastructures and renewable energies; regulatory compliance with foreign investment regulations such as CFIUS, NDAA, OFAC, and export control regulations such as EAR; general corporate matters, such as establishment of subsidiaries or branches, liquidation and obtaining regulatory approvals; and taxation.
Our U.S. dispute resolution practice covers IP infringement disputes, labor disputes, international arbitrations at ICC, AAA and JAMS, government investigations, including those related to anti-trust law and FCPA, and white-collar crimes.
