New Additions
Ms. Hong Li joined Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu in September 2015 as an advisor, and her hiring strengthens our team. She has been assigned to the Shanghai Office, which celebrates the first anniversary of its opening this autumn.
Ms. Li worked at a major law firm in Shanghai for approximately ten (10) years, and she has extensive knowledge and experience in a broad range of practice areas concerning Japanese and Chinese companies, including corporate M&A, restructuring, and discontinuances.
With the joining of Ms. Li, the Shanghai Office has further developed its personnel structure, and is more capable of providing appropriate and prompt legal services based on the latest local information. Maintaining close contact with the “China Practice Group” in the Tokyo office as well as cooperating with law firms in the region, the Shanghai office will further enhance its provision of comprehensive and customized legal services to meet each of our clients’ needs.
