Outline

This seminar will provide an explanation of the latest competition law trends essential for Japanese companies operating globally. Lawyers well-versed in antitrust laws from the United States, Europe, and Japan will gather to overview the critical points that companies should pay attention to in these jurisdictions within the two-hour session. In the first half, antitrust lawyers from each jurisdiction will deliver presentations. The second half will feature a panel discussion that delves into specific cases and practical challenges relating to information exchange among competitors. This seminar provides an opportunity for participants to directly receive answers to their questions and concerns and we hope that it will help the participants deepen practical knowledge about antitrust laws in each country.
