ADDITIONAL AMENDMENTS TO THAILAND’S CONDOMINIUM ADVERTISEMENT REGULATIONS
We have represented various domestic and overseas clients in litigations relating to real estate transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, and other real estate transactions, as well as in various types of litigations relating to disputes arising from defects in land and buildings. In particular, in disputes involving complex real estate transaction structures, we are able to develop litigation strategies backed by a deep understanding of real estate transactions and extensive experience in transactional matters by forming teams of lawyers with expertise in real estate transactions and litigation procedures to handle a particular case. In addition, under real estate-related disputes, court proceedings other than litigation, such as mediation and provisional remedies, as well as non-judicial dispute resolution procedures, such as arbitration, have much importance. We have extensive experience in representing clients in those procedures, which enables us to handle a full range of disputes related to real estate.
Furthermore, at the negotiation stage prior to litigation and in other dispute resolution proceedings, we provide our clients with various legal advice to lead the negotiations effectively based on our extensive experience in real estate-related disputes.
