Takahiro Yamauchi practices in all areas of corporate law, focusing on dispute resolution. He specializes in intellectual property litigation and technology-related litigation, with extensive experience in the Unfair Competition Prevention Act, trademark law and copyright law. His expertise further extends into trade secret misappropriation matters and computer- and internet-related legal matters. He also has valuable experience as bankruptcy trustee and in other bankruptcy matters, and disputes in general incorporated associations. His unique expertise also includes the establishment of a system of governance and “the rule of law” in sports society at large.
